		The use of a professional data-processing solution cannot be done without maintenance.
		This maintenance contract earns you: - telephone operator support for analysis of problems or maintenance inquiries - free delivery of annual updates - Maintenance for the first year is included in the purchase price. At the end of the first year, the maintenance contract is renewed by a tacit agreement. Maintenance includes free updates. Meanwhile, clients that do not wish to commit themselves will have access to updates at expensive titles. We have always endeavoured not to modify the user interface, so that the updates do not disturb your work. A tutorial for an update has, for this reason, never been necessary.
		The maintenance contract is the guarantee of your tool's proficient functioning: Each year we add functions and automatisms, which will improve your production speed. We identify these modifications as necessary following our clients' feedback. Transfer processes to other programs are updated annually, so that you can continue to exchange data (DXF) with other trade associations. Each year we refine our programs in relation to systems such as Windows NT/98/ME/2000, XP and to computing norms and building standards. We repair defective folders (viruses, faulty hardware) by all possible means. Program errors (bugs) occurring in the latest version will be immediately rectified free of charge. These intermediate versions are distributed free over the internet to clients with an annual password. Errors which occur in older versions, where a client has no maintenance contract, unfortunately cannot be corrected. The purchase of additional working stations at 60% of the price is only possible within the framework of a maintenance contract, as we only deliver the latest version. The maintenance cost is reasonable in comparison with competitors. Often maintenance is offered at 1% per month, but does not include the updates, which are then sold for the full price. Furthermore, the maintenance contract is regularly the required prequisite to obtain an update at a reasonable price. In the event of hard disk failure, we can only assist you if you have a maintenance contract, since we no longer offer any older versions. On-site visits are not included in the maintenance contract.
